Iskon services are available throughout Croatia, but depending on the technical infrastructure type, they are divided into the orange and white availability zone.

In the orange zone packages are available on Iskon's own infrastructure; in technospeak: services are provided as unbundled access to the local loop, while the white availability zone provides wholesale broadband access.

Iskon provides the same Internet and telephone service, regardless of the user's availability zone. The difference is in what the services package offers: different ADSL speeds, additional service included in the package etc.
