What is BIZ.aDSL?

Iskon service of fast aDSL internet with the possibility of calling with retaining of T-Com telephone line. Iskon provides new telephone number and 1 analog telephone line for more affordable calling, with retaining existing telephone line and number provided by T-Com on which phone calls still can be received.

  Two invoices

On Iskon invoice, billed is also the fee for aDSL line and traffic, as well as phone calls made over Iskon.
Invoice for T-Com telephone line, issues T-Com in amount depending of the chosen tariff package and eventual additional service by T-Com that customer is using.
All package changes and/or deactivation of additional services provided by T-Com that customer is using should be requested directly at T-Com.
 

What is necessary for BIZ.aDSL service?

   Modem and splitter in the lease from Iskon

  Operating system: for PC Windows 98 and newer or Linux; for Mac OS X and newer or Linux;
  Network card for cord connection or wireless (WLAN) card or USB adapter for wireless connection.

How aDSL works?

Fast and continuous internet connection - aDSL  (asymmetric digital subscribers’ line) splitting existing telephone signal in two: one for data, and the other one for voice. In that way enables free phone line with simultaneous internet usage.
Delivery of the chosen aDSL speed depends upon physical characteristics of the line. Iskon will deliver the fastest possible speed, which line can support.

Note:  with BIZ.aDSL service it is not possible using MaxTV services provided by T-Com.

IMPORTANT

According to the regulations of telecommunication services, phone service in the BIZ.aDSL service is based on the transmission of voice over internet protocol and does not respond to the quality of a public voice service. In case of simultaneous calling and download of data over internet, lower sound quality is possible.
