The client signs a contract with Iskon only, independent of the number of locations and countries they have businesses in.
Iskon makes a contract with international operators in order to connect all the client’s locations in a unique network and offers a quality guarantee for the whole connection line. Iskon also ensures a contact person for communicating with other operators and solving possible errors, as well as 24/7 network supervision through NOC (Network Operational Center).
